Last but not least, we’ve started a monthly recap video for RMM releases. Starting today, Windows Drivers can be approved for installation and deployed via maintenance windows.
Driver updates were previously available for informational purposes. Included in this Patch update is also the ability to install Windows drivers. This will be great to avoid unexpected reboots during your installation window. After a scheduled or manual reboot, your Windows 10 installation will complete seamlessly. There’s also an update to Web Protection in this week’s release, focused on performance: Improved download speeds, better processing of HTTPS packets, faster receipt of notifications, and more current website analysis and categorisation.įurthermore, we’d like to draw your attention to a significant Patch Management update that just went out with the latest engine update (v1.1.10). Moving forward, Windows 10 Feature Upgrades pushed via your maintenance windows will install without the included reboot. In addition, Managed Antivirus (Bitdefender) has released an update to all territories, with improved support for Windows Server 2019 and Windows 10 systems, along with bug fixes and other performance updates – see below for full details. This follows hot on the heels of the recent major upgrade to remote Mac management in RMM, with the added support for macOS’ security posture – please see the previous post for more details. We’re pleased to let you know that this week’s RMM release includes a new Mac RC Agent with numerous bug fixes and improvements.
